Cheese and olives

Dad says he's getting tired of mozzarella and cheddar cheese and wants to try some other cheeses with more flavor.  Since I don't eat cheese myself, I can't help him much.  Do any of you have a type of cheese you like and can recommend he try?  

Also, I feel the same way about olives.  There's not much flavor to black olives,  and I don't care much for green olives.  I do like kalamata olives, but I don't want to get into a rut.  Can any of you recommend some different types of tasty olives for us to try?

I just can't seem to get the hang of posting here, so here's some belated wishes :) So glad you had a great day (with a surprise party!!!) We sure are glad you joined our family! I made you this adorable cake, and then I ate it for you. ;)

Cori and Grey to Iowa!!!

Grey and I will be going to Iowa so he can fly for free one more time.  Woohoo!!!!!  We're thinking the middle of April (after Trin is done with school).  Anyone else want to meet us there??  I can't wait to celebrate his birthday (and Cassie's!) with family!!
